Founder Ethics + Code of Conduct

Our community hinges on trust, support, and respect between all members. We expect our founders to act ethically both in public and within TinySeed spaces.

This includes treating fellow founders and employees with respect; not harassing or threatening fellow community members; keeping private and off-the-record information secret and treating information shared within the community as private; and generally behaving in a professional and upstanding manner.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

If a founder behaves unethically during or after TinySeed, we may revoke their status as a TinySeed founder. This includes access to TinySeed spaces, software, lists and events. All founders in a company may be held responsible for the unethical actions of a single co-founder or a company employee, depending on the circumstances. Do not enable bad behavior through inaction.

‍In general: You are a TinySeed ambassador and we expect you to act as a role model for others within our community and in the world at large.

‍
For questions, clarification on any of the above points, or to report any misconduct, please email report@saasinstitute.com.

‍This statement is a work in progress and we are open to improving it. Please reach out with suggestions.
