Julien is an executive coach and strategic advisor with 15+ years of experience helping SaaS founders and leadership teams scale with clarity and discipline. 

He was formerly Head of Coaching at SaaS Academy, where he coached 300+ SaaS founders across stages, and is the founder of Kinesis Partners, where he’s helped 60+ SaaS and tech-enabled companies scale in the U.S. and internationally.

Julien combines a deep strategy consulting background (Advention, Altios, Lazard Consulting) with rigorous coaching training (Columbia University, Talentism, Bluecase). His strength is helping founders move from reactive execution to clear priorities, strong systems, and confident leadership — especially during scale, complexity, and high-stakes decisions.

Julien typically works across five interconnected areas:

  • Product, Customer Success & Retention: Product-market fit, pricing, activation, onboarding, customer journey mapping, expansion revenue, churn reduction, and aligning product, CS, and revenue teams.
  • Growth & Expansion: Scaling from ~$1M–$15M ARR, international expansion, navigating inflection points, and supporting founders through role and organizational transitions.
