Hey, I’m Peter. I spent 8+ years at Google managing over 1,000 Google Ads accounts. Now, I help lead-gen companies grow profitably through high-impact ad strategy and execution.

At Google, I worked across three teams:

  • Startup Incubator: Helped high-potential companies launch ads profitably from day one. I learned what works and what doesn’t in the early stages of paid acquisition.
  • Mid-Market Lead Gen: Managed legal, tech, healthcare, education, and other lead gen focused clients to prove ROI and implement CRM-integrated offline conversion tracking.
  • Large Customer Team: Managed $5–50M/year ad budgets for brands like Four Seasons, Air Canada, and Super.com. Went deep on strategy with a handful of high-performing accounts and learned how the best of the best run paid ads.

While my core paid ads experience comes from Google Ads, I’ve expanded into every other paid ads channel. LinkedIn Ads in particular are slowly becoming a huge paid ads channel, especially for category creators and B2B teams doing account-based marketing. 

These days, I work mostly with startups and scaleups, companies at the most exciting stage for paid ads. I mentor at two other incubators, helping founders decide if paid ads are right for them, fix unprofitable campaigns, or scale performance as a long-term growth partner.
